What a Difference Two Years Make

Two years ago, I tackled my first real multi-layered, frosted cake.

I’ve learned a lot.

Not perfect, but I’m getting there.

Lessons Learned-

  • level the cakes
  • don’t pour ganache on a warm cake
  • use a turn table
  • crumb coat
  • refrigerate
